Philanthropy
is based on voluntary actions performed for the common good. It
is elementary to a good quality of life. To assure that the St.
Francis Seraph Ministries tradition of benevolence holds the respect
of the public and that the trust it receives is well deserved it
is held that donors have:

BILL OF RIGHTS
I. To be informed
of an organizations mission, the intended use of funds and
the capacity to use the donations effectively and for the intended
use.
II. To know
who is on the Staff and to expect their prudent judgment.
III. To be
able to access the agencys most recent financials.
IV. To be assured
that gifts are used in the spirit of the donors intent at
the time of giving.
V. To receive
appropriate acknowledgement and recognition.
VI. To expect
their donations to be handled with appropriate respect and confidentiality.
VII. To expect
a professional attitude when dealing with the representatives of
the agency.
VIII. To be
informed as to the status of the organizations representatives,
whether volunteers, employees or hired solicitors.
IX. To expect
not to have their names shared via mailing list exchanges.
X. To be free
to ask questions and receive prompt and thorough answers when considering
a donation.
